🏛️ State License Law 📍 Nevada

📖 What you need to know

Under NRS 113, a seller of residential property in Nevada must give the buyer a completed Seller's Real Property Disclosure Form identifying known defects and conditions of the property, generally delivered before the buyer becomes obligated under the purchase agreement. Because Nevada is a community property state, marital ownership can affect who must sign to convey or encumber the property. Licensees must also disclose material facts they know about a property and may not misrepresent or conceal known defects from the parties.
