📖 What you need to know

Real estate licensing in Missouri is regulated by the Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC). A salesperson candidate must complete 72 hours of pre-license education: a 48-hour pre-examination salesperson course plus a 24-hour Missouri Real Estate Practice (MREP) course. Salespersons cannot operate independently; they must work under and be supervised by a licensed Missouri broker, who is responsible for the salesperson's real estate activities.
