🏛️ State License Law 📍 PennsylvaniaReal estate licensing in Pennsylvania is administered by the State Real Estate Commission within the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs (BPOA) under the Department of State. To qualify for a salesperson license, an applicant must complete 75 hours of approved pre-licensing education (a 30-hour Real Estate Fundamentals course plus a 45-hour Real Estate Practice course) and pass the licensing exam. A salesperson cannot act independently and must be employed by and work under the direct supervision of a licensed real estate broker, who is responsible for the salesperson's professional conduct.
