🏛️ State License Law 📍 Pennsylvania

📖 What you need to know

Under RELRA and Commission regulations, all advertising must be truthful and must be done in the name of the broker, since salespersons advertise under their supervising broker rather than independently. Advertising may not be false, misleading, or deceptive, and listings may only be advertised with the owner's authorization. Brokers must also maintain complete and accurate records of their transactions and trust-account activity. These records must be retained and made available for inspection by the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission.
